Terms of Service

The responsibilities that come with using WhatsApp Hub.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

The service and these terms

Adaptive Bizapp Pte Ltd provides WhatsApp Hub for developers and businesses to integrate WhatsApp features into their applications, manage message templates, and view conversation history. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you must have authority to act for that business. Any separately agreed service contract also applies.

Accounts and workspace access

Accounts are provisioned by platform administrators. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. App owners and administrators are responsible for adding appropriate team members and removing access when it is no longer needed. Use only workspaces and business accounts you are authorized to access.

Messaging responsibilities

You are responsible for your messages, templates, recipient permissions, and the lawfulness of information submitted to the service. Obtain recipient permission before contacting people and respect requests to stop communications. Use approved templates when required and follow the applicable customer service messaging window.

Your use must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms. Meta controls business account eligibility, template approval, delivery restrictions, and its platform charges.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, mislead recipients, impersonate another business, distribute unlawful content, or infringe others' rights. Do not bypass workspace access controls, misuse credentials, attempt to access another app's data, or interfere with the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload or send.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize Adaptive Bizapp Pte Ltd to process that content as needed to provide and support the service, including transmitting messages and templates to Meta. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. Businesses remain responsible for their own privacy notices and permissions for customer data.

Availability and third-party services

The service depends on hosting, network connectivity, and Meta's platforms. Maintenance, outages, policy changes, and account restrictions can affect availability or message delivery. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, template approval, or delivery of every message. Fees and service commitments, where applicable, are governed by the agreement made with your business; these terms do not establish a pricing plan.

Suspension and ending access

Access may be restricted or suspended to address misuse, security concerns, violations of these terms, or restrictions imposed by Meta. You can stop using the service and ask your workspace administrator to remove access. For account closure or data deletion requests, email support@adaptivepay.com.sg. Data handling following closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibility and changes

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law and any agreed service contract. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms as the service changes and will show the revision date on this page.
