What we do

WhatsApp Hub provides a gateway for applications to send WhatsApp messages, manage templates, read conversations, and receive live message events. Developers build the customer messaging experience in their own application. The portal provides connection settings, template management, usage reports, and an inbox for viewing conversation history.

One workspace for each app

Each app has its own contacts, conversations, templates, and team. Owners and administrators manage membership directly, so people can work across multiple apps with the appropriate access in each one.

Connected to the WhatsApp Business Platform

Businesses authorize their Meta account and choose the WhatsApp business account and phone number used by each app. WhatsApp Hub then brings messaging, template status, and usage information into the workspace. WhatsApp Hub is an independent product provided by Adaptive Bizapp Pte Ltd; WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.

Getting started

Contact your platform administrator for an account. Once signed in, create an app workspace, add your team, connect your business account, and configure your WhatsApp phone number.
